We have stayed here many times in the past, but never in the fall before. It was like we had the park to ourselves. There probably less than 30 campers there at any time. We like it for its location. It's easy to hit wineries...More
We visit many times a summer. The beach is clean, the water clear although it doesn't warm up till July. But kids don't seem to mind that. Parking is close and plentiful. Parents and grandparents appreciate that when you have coolers, floats, boogie boards to...More
There is a required $9.00 daily park fee on top of the camping charges. Check in was quick and easy and we had no problems finding our site. The campground is really busy and overwhelmingly packed with campers, especially on the weekend. We were in...More

They do fireworks twice. Once on the 4th and once at the end of the Cherry Festival. So it's nice to see the fireworks right downtown, but then it's a good alternative to watch them the 2nd time from the bay across the street from the park. You won't see them as well, but it's a nice environment and other homes and businesses will also be doing fireworks.
