My wife and I were spending some time in TC for our honeymoon and thought we would give this one a try. The only complaint was when we got to clinch park we couldn't reach the person at the number listed on this app. We went to their website and got the number to the actual rental booth and everything went smooth from there. We were in the off season so it was just us and the guide and she was awesome. During the summer she said there are anywhere from 5-20 people that go out per trip. …

Hello, Glad to hear you had a Awesome Trip!! Congrats on the new step in life and hopefully we can provide you with a new adventure on a future anniversary trip to Traverse City. I am sorry to hear that you had trouble finding the rental booth and in the off season we have more of a skeleton crew. We are located inside a large city park next to a boat launch with decent road visibility. But we will work to improve directions for future customers including a confirmation email with GPS coordinates. Then customers can navigate directly to the booth using a smart phone!
