I have lived in Michigan for 33 years & this is by far one of my favorite places to go. This isn't just a normal small park. This place is beautiful with so many things to do. Beautiful pond with ducks, bridge across the water, water wheel, trails, animal petting farm, baseball fiels, bike trails, pavillions, old fashioned ice cream parlor, candy shop, historical buildings, wedding chapel & the list goes on. Beautiful trees especially in the fall.

I had unexpected personal time during business trip. Visiting this park was a great resource. I wished to see fresh clean snow, and it came true.

We went to Heritage Park with several other families for homecoming photos for Woodhaven high school it was a great place for the photos couldn’t get without all the goose poop. Myself and family live in Taylor and we’re not sure how to answer people from other cities when I see all the girls poop everywhere in that area it was slightly embarrassing

Only visited the petting farm and botanical gardens at this park. There was lots to see just at these two places. Animals were friendly. Flowers were gorgeous. Could have spent more time at both places and even exploring the rest of Heritage Park.

Our family tried to visit the petting farm today but the doors were locked. The sign on the door says they're open until 5pm, but last people are admitted at 4:30. Regardless, we were there before 4:30 and the doors were locked. The outdoor garden is small but it is well maintained.

This new attraction at Heritage Park is very nice! We were invited there for our Grandson's 5th Birthday Party. The kids loved not only the water/splash pad but the climbers and activities attached to it. Since we were there for a birthday party, i don't know what they charge to play. There were 2 staff members attending the entrance shack, restrooms, garbage cans and party area. Both were polite and professional. It's a very nice addition to the Park!

The animals are fun to see and a nice place to walk around. I have taken my grandson here many times. He enjoys watching the fish and all the animals.
