We attended the Cheap Trick/ZZ TOP concert. I hadn't been at this venue for a couple years. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Needs more food and drink offerings.

Actually, I like the Venue. I would suggest paying the additional $11 for parking so you don't have to walk through the grass, and you'll be closer to the Venue. Beverages were overpriced. $5 for a bottle of water, $10 for 4oz. of wine, etc. We paid $80 to sit in the Pavillion and were approx. seven rows from the stage. However, with all the money they're charging they could at least wipe the seats off. It was awful, all of the seats in Sec.100 were covered in dirt. Lucky for us we remembered to bring chair cushions.…

My husband and I had never been to this venue and love to see live music. Not sure if it was the bands, day, date or time, but it was pretty quiet, only a few hundred people in attendance. Every single staff member we encountered at this venue was very friendly, approachable and truly seemed like they wanted you there. Loved this little set up. We bought lawn, but were upgraded to pavilion seating (5th row) pretty cool. Lots of options for drinks, beer wine, adult smoothies, cocktails etc. access on both sides on the pavilion for bathrooms, food and drinks. My only complaint is when the sun was lowering to set it was right in my eyes while trying to watch the show. Will go back to this venue for the customer service and super friendly staff alone. …

Freedom Hill seems to have improved in the last few years, apparently Palace Management has helped. There are more food choices because of the food trucks. Although, the chicken tacos I had at the Mexican truck were not that good. The concert sound was good, ushers were friendly. I just wish they would improve the dusty parking lot. …

You do not feel as if at a large concert at FH. Surprisingly big names travel to this venue for concerts. Best place to see Carlos Santana!
