This was our first exposure to Michigan wine. The staff was pleasant and informed. We learned about Michigan wine and how it differs for California wine -- the shorter growing season yields a different taste. We tried several different kinds.

Came to SoHa from Kzoo to buy strawberries. Decided to check out a couple wineries. We went to one down the road which was nice & drove by Cogdal because it wasn’t open yet. We stopped back and oh my gosh! What a wonderful experience!...More

We stopped on a grey day and found a helpful staff, good wine and a nice fireplace where we enjoyed a meat and cheese plate and a glass of our choice. Try the pinor grigio and the merlot.

This is a nice setting way back from the road in the vineyard. In the winter the fireplace is on and the owners are welcoming and provide a variety of wines for tasting. In the summer outdoor concerts are a great time as well.

Enjoyed the wine tastings and the staff that was both knowledgeable about their product and amusing conversationalists. Quirky little gift display. Very reasonable bottle prices.

Was a great experience to visit this winery. Their wines are admirable. They tend to be on the drier side but don't worry, they have sweet ones too. Beautiful grounds and knowledgeable staff. Definitely put this on you list of wineries to visit.

Tasting is done indoors but there is a wonderful porch out back where I have seen pets.
