I would absolutely recommend the West Point Lighthouse! I stayed there with my Mom this past summer and we had a terrific time!! The staff was very friendly and Scott (the manager) went above and beyond. We had our own little patio with a table and two chairs. The breakfast was great! Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was... More

My husband and I stayed here August 28th to September 2nd. and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved having a king size bed and a balcony overlooking the beach. The employees were friendly and helpful. Make sure you climb to the top of the lighthouse for a great view of the beach and also for $10.00 extra, book a room... More

If it is a calm and relaxing accommodation located on the ocean with access to a quiet beach and gorgeous views you are looking for, the West Point Lighthouse Inn is the place to stay when visiting the western Prince County region of Prince Edward Island. The inn rooms are updated, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary continental breakfast is... More

Second trip. I cannot get over the location, the room (26 this time), the view, the water a few feet away, the attentive service, the cleaniness and... meeting the new general manager, Scott J. Smith, who made our stay even better. He is a pro! Thanks again for the wonderful stay. See you next year Scott.

My sister and I stayed at Westpoint Lighthouse and Inn on September 6th and 7th.We used the lighthouse as our layover point- as we took in the North Cape drive one day and spent the second day around Freeland and Foxley River. Scott and the staff are helpful and friendly, and know a lot about the area- we found them... More

We stayed there for the night inside the lighthouse and was very lucky because it was the last night for the season before they close for the winter. The room were spacious and clean. I love the hospitality that Scott have showed us,the people working at the lighthouse really love the place and you can see it from the enthusiasm... More

Very nice views of the beach and surrounding area, nice museum with very informed and courteous staff. Stairs to the upper two levels are very steep, especially the last set of stairs to the light itself. Very hot up there too!

We had the pleasure of staying in the Keeper's quarters. Very spacious and nice. I would recommend staying in the historic lighthouse if possible for a truly unique experience. Museum is outstanding. Staff was exceptional- even called us out of concern when we were running late for arrival. I would highly recommend!

I am not a light house person, but I found this very interesting. You get to go to the top(light) of the house. Great view. Lots of information on the history of this light house and others on the island. Plan to spend the night at the attached hotel. Staff is very friendly and informative. Scott is really into light...
