We could not have had a better experience! They were very accommodating in rescheduling us due to rain and went above and beyond to make sure my husband had an amazing birthday. The boat was easy to use and our dog had a blast as well!

Had very relaxing cruise on river. Boat are very easy to operate & you are in no wake zone entire time. Staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful time on our boat Alice. The service and instructions were excellent and although we have boating experience, we think just about anyone could drive the boat and navigate on this river. The boats and process are set up to handle people of all skill levels. Given the scope of where you can go, an hour and a half is plenty of time to explore and enjoy.

Overall, a fun thing to do in Saugatuck. The price was a bit steep for an electric boat that goes 4mph. Nice that you can buy drinks to take on the water, but 2 drinks with rental is a simple thing to throw in to justify the cost. Other than the price point, service was the main reason for loss of stars. We went at the end of season, so maybe this is not the case all the time, but we were checked in by teenagers who had no organization, didn't give us details, and didn't have our correct boat charged. We had to take a different boat and the passenger seat was missing so I couldn't even sit with my husband on our honeymoon. Definitely a fun thing to do with family and friends. The service and overall quality did not meet my expectations for $150 for 1.5 hours of boat time.
