Puzzlemental is a immersive interactive adventure where you and your team has 60 minutes to find clues, crack codes, and solve puzzles to complete your mission to and escape. Use your wit and teamwork in an adrenaline filled race to beat the clock. Come with your friends, family, colleagues, or it makes a great Date night. Puzzlemental is where you can become a mobster, gangster, bootlegger, or an FBI Agent.

The rooms here are very impressive. Having completed almost all West Michigan escape rooms, and many outside of West Michigan, this place ranks in the top 3 for both quality of the rooms as well as staff friendliness.
We contacted the owners to request a slight modification to the times on the website as we wanted to do all three rooms in one day without having to finish so late in the evening (due to our drive time from home). They were very accommodating. They also take COVID precautions seriously which was appreciated. Hand sanitizer is readily available to guests.
The rooms themselves are extremely impressive. Clearly someone put a lot of time and effort into theming and the various puzzles. The variety of electronic elements are not often seen outside of large corporate owned franchises. We were impressed. Our group didn't use any clues but I have no doubt they are well thought out to help you along if necessary.
If you can only do one room, I would recommend the Source Stone. I believe it is their newest room and it's fantastic. If you like mobster history and prohibition era things you will love Henchman's Hideout. We found the Anarchistic to be the most challenging for our group (4 people) and would recommend that for more experienced players or larger groups.
As soon as one of the rooms gets turned over and/or they create a fourth room, we will be one of the first groups to book.

The guys had a great time at the escape room. The “Henchmen’s Hideout” was the perfect level difficulty and fun for a group of teenage boys. We also used the gathering area for pizza and games before our escape room time for free, which was an added bonus. Thanks Puzzlemental for the perfect teenage boy birthday venue!

We have done several escape rooms and this is one of our favorites. Lots of fun! Clues were well thought out and we had a blast. We had five people which was a good size group based on the size of the escape room and the activities involved. Will be going back to try the other rooms.

we did this a s a team-building culture session for a small group at work. It was lots of fun and definitely challenging. We did the "Anarchist" puzzle which might not be suitable for very young children but definitely OK for older kids like teenagers.

My teenage daughter and nine of her friends had a great time in the Anachist escape room! We also used their birthday room for pizza, etc. after the escape room. The Puzzlemental employees were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
Our group was a bit rowdy but we were treated very kindly. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion!

Out group of four had an incredible time here. We have all done several escape rooms in the past but this experience was top notch for everyone. The clues were fun and interactive; you could tell a lot of thought had went into the sequence of clues; additionally, the textile nature of each clue was perfect for the overall atmosphere of the escape room. Not only do we recommend this, we will be going back very soon to complete the other escapes!

Escape room was a blast even though we didn't finish in time. We were so close they let us finish but we still considered it a loss. Would absolutley do it again. Great time shared with out closest friends. This is a must try........

Not feeling pressured about clues, so many places limit to 3 clues, great to have access to as many as you need. We were able to still finish with only two, but at other escape rooms we’ve wasted five to ten minutes deciding if we wanted to use a clue or not because of the limitations. Here it was much easier to get the group to agree on a clue. Helpful and friendly staff. Can’t wait to try other rooms and future rooms!!

It was great having a private room. The venue was spacious and clean, and the escape room was lots of fun. The puzzle master gave us just the right amount of assistance. We will be back!

We escaped! Fun family activity with teenagers who worked together to solve most of the puzzles! Challenging for all. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
