What a great family friendly theatre. Parking structure a little different but easy to maneuver. Great seating comfort and excellent sound.

Oh my goodness what a venue this is! Not only is Emagine a movie theater with ten (10) individual theaters but it also houses a bowling alley and a very nice upscale restaurant. My wife and I just enjoyed walking around and relaxing in the wonderful air conditioning on a hot afternoon. What fun it was and it is located... More

I like this place but parking can get a little goofy. Usually just park on a side street and walk. I have a hard time sitting through movies so I'm glad you can take a drink in with you to chill out. Definitely a plus for me.

Prices are typical of movie theaters these days, including concessions, way to high. Parking here is at its worst possible. There are only about 30 free parking places and the rest are parking meters that don't make sense. (Parking all over down town Royal Oak is terrible.)

I admit I am a senior and a neighbor of the theater. E-Magine has for a long while attracted too many teens not from this area who tend to be noisy with popular movies so I have gone out of my way to avoid it on weekend evenings. There have been a few incidents needing police but that happens mostly... More

This theater was fantastic. The person you get your tickets from clearly didn't like her job but the rest of the staff was wonderful, the concession stand people, the people that directed you to your theater and even the person that came through the theater asking if you needed anything from the concession stand. I've never seen anything like that... More

This modern theater, with leather recliners for everyone, wide aisles, great hot food & snack choices, puts Emagine in an elite field of exceptional places to see a movie.

We watched the opening showing of a recent movie. The tickets were pre-ordered so we went to the restaurant before the screening. The food was fantastic as was the service.

Nothing terribly different about the theatre experience. They do have a restaurant/bar and bowling alley attached so you could spend quite a while here. Seats in theatre are reclining and they do have dbox seats available. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking.

Love the new Emagine way of thinking. I am 6' 5" tall and sitting in any venue (hockey, movies, football, is usually met with "sardine-ism." That packed in, canned feeling. Not with Emagine's recliners. This was my first visit to Emagine and I'm in love with the really wide, like more than a lazy boy wide, recliner style seating. You... More
