We saw Jesse Cook and his international band and were pleasantly surprised at the comfortable setting, easy parking, cash bar & accessible restrooms. We're keeping our eyes open to go again when they have another group we'd like to see.

Where do I begin, when we finally got into the theater and escorted to our seats, we had to sit there for an hour before the show started. It was extremely hot in the building, so hot that we got sick from the heat. When the show finally started, it was even warmer and the seats stunk like urine. We... More

The venue has a lot of charm when visiting for a private party. Sound and visuals good. Easy access for all and good setups available for serving200-300 guests. Not sure if it is the i house caterer(think so) and food quite good with some offerings more than usual buffet style dining. Use valet parking if available so you don't get... More

We went to see a comedian last weekend at the Royal Oak Music Theater. The theater looks nice enough, however the seating was pretty horrible. We sat in the first row of the balcony. The "safety bar" in front of us was right in the view of the stage, so that we either had to slouch to view under the... More

I've attended a music show and a movie at this venue, and I'm just not sold on it. The seating is sort of odd (felt like I was a long ways away from the artist), and the acoustics are not that great. Seems like it would be a great theatre for an electronic show, but for an acoustic/indie musician it... More

We bought tickets for the Dave Rawlings Machine concert and were looking forward to a great show by one of the best acts in Americana music. I had attended a concert here years ago before it was converted into a "club" style venue and was extremely disappointed with the changes. Seating is either on metal chairs around tables on the... Sold out does not mean crowded. We could only get standing but that was better than sitting farther back. Bar was fast. Sound was great. Valet parking is $7. Expired meter is $10. Ask me how I know.

Nice little venue outside of Detroit. Parking nearby, easy in/out back to highway. Sound and staging very good. Floor is slanted, so GA section has good sightlines. Bar service at the rail. Excellent idea, wish more venues did this. Overall, very nice and would definitely go back for another show.
