It was awesome! We took one of the more difficult ones the mansion murder as our first ever time going for me and my son's birthday; everything was constant fun and the time flew by so fast but we had so much fun!! Sarah was our wonderful game master and we have her to thank for the nice help and time. Hope to come back another time in the future, it was a blast. Best for connecting and cooperation, loved ever minute.

The kind staff, challenging puzzles, and immersive atmosphere made for a wonderful experience. Sage did a thorough and fantastic job as our Game Master. She answered any questions we may have had and turned us in the right direction when the room was stumping us. Two thumbs up to Sage!!

This experience was amazing! It was our first time at this location and we chose one of the harder options, the 7 deadly sins. The game was slightly freaky which was awesome. Our game master was Sarah and she was extremely friendly and very helpful when we asked for hints. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll definitely come back!

We had an amazing first time at Portage Escapology! We took our grandson for his 8th Birthday and we all had a ball in the Scooby Doo Room. El was a helpful and sweet Game Master and we were grateful for her patient and encouraging hints. We will be back for sure to get out other rooms!

We played Mayday and escaped! Our game master, Anthony, was an integral part of making this the best experience to date! (Two more rooms to play). The puzzles were challenging but not so hard you felt lost. Anthony knew just when to give a hint! We are requesting him when we attempt 7 Deadly Sins!

Escapology in Portage, Michigan is the best escape room my friends and I have ever been too! I personally have done 3 of their rooms so far and each time is a blast. The setup, clues, puzzles, decor, etc is very well done. I have been to a few other escape rooms and they just don’t compare. At Escapology there is a great balance of riddles, puzzles, locks, etc to keep it fun and exciting. Each theme has its own unique storyline that keeps the game fun. 10/10 would recommend to solve family, friends, or even date night!

My family and I did the “Arizona Shootout” room on the day after Christmas and we escaped! Might not be a big deal for many, but for my family it was because we have people of all ages and intelligence levels. We’ve done 3 others at Portage’s Escapology, and this was the first we’ve gotten out of in time. Our game master, Anthony, was friendly, and generous with his clues. Could not be more thankful for him! Overall, great experience and we recommended going!

Great first escape room experience. Our Game Master, Sage aided us with good hints when we got stuck. We did the Scooby-Doo room. We had one clue drawer open early and we lost time trying to solve and resolve the puzzle expecting another clue to trigger. The game was challenging and we made it to the last puzzle before time ran out. Already talking about doing another room soon.

We are escape room fanatics and this wasn’t the first time we visited this Escapology. This time we did the Mayday room and it rocked! Sage was our game master and she was awesome! She was very good at explaining everything when introducing the room. She also jumped in the two times we asked for hints and offered just enough of a nudge for us to complete the puzzles we were stalled on. Tonight’s experience was epic and Sage wrapped it all up in a nice little bow. Bravo!
