Our family has been here multiple times and it never disappoints. The view is amazing and the trails are well marked and well maintained. You have to run down the big sand dune while here!!

We visited the first weekend in August. The weather was cool which was nice for the long walk down the stairs and back up. Great stand with gifts and information. There's also trails to walk which my son (9) and friend enjoyed. The views phenomenal....More

Informative only issue was to get a good look at the AuSable river you had to go down over 200 steps not handicapped accessible.

We were looking for the sandbar, but drove too far and ran into Lumberman's Monument. Absolutely beautiful scenery, few exhibits, restrooms are there when the center is open.. Great picnic area. Kids loved it

Learned unknown to us history. The kids very much enjoyed climbing the logs, and the liked the animal display. Great place to stop see some, animals, nature, and history. Great trails!!
