I'm a cider and donut snob. My pick is the best donuts. They don't come hot from oven like some orchards but I get em home and nuke em for 15 seconds and they are like butter. Apples are apples so I buy them there or other local orchard depending on needs. They have a nice sample barrel with some free apples to choose. They have some unique baked items there like pies are great and so is bread. Bread has no preservatives so use quickly. They had an apple tree trimming and bee keep learning class and I missed it so hoping to hear if it's offered again . The owner has a nice tractor display and a wooden child size train for kids to play on, not sure if it's a hit with kids cuz I don't have any.

We went here based on a web search of kid & pet friendly cider mills. Located on busy Seymour Lake Rd. The store front, available seating & parking area are too close to the road and you are not allowed to walk the ample area behind the store as we were so rudely told by the owner. No individual or hot doughnuts here...everything was cold & prepackaged in minimum quanti6ties of 6 ($6.). Bought a quart of cider ($6) & had to ask for two cups to drink from (maybe 6 oz. at best). Should had gone to Yates, Diehl's, Goodison !

Nice country apple orchard. All eats and treats are made in the store (pies, donuts, apple cider, etc.). Easy pit stop to run in, grab your fall treats and leave. They have a very small area for children. Nice diversion from the more commercial orchards.

This is a local orchard that is very well run, friendly and offers samples of the apples they grow and sell. The staff is very friendly and quick to help you choose the right apple for you and/or your family. They also have local farm fresh products like honey, jams, and other things in season (cider, cinnamon apple donuts, etc.).
