What a revelation this orchard was the first time we happened on it! The sheer number of varieties of apples is mind-boggling, many otherwise lost to mass produced hard-shelled, waxed and tasteless supermarket clones that are easy to ship. I love living in this part...More

Beautiful drive to and from the farm, and the apple varieties are astonishing. They recommended a great apple blend for pie, and they were not wrong!

The first time my wife and I were there, we bought several varieties of apples based on description. We pulled out of the driveway, bit into one, and did a U-turn to go back and buy more. That good! Opens mid-September every year. Go back...More

We camp in Leelanau State Park every summer and frequently stop at this local farm for fresh fruit. A quaint local stop with lots of antique charm and delicious fresh fruits.

We visited for a half hour or so and were amazed at all the apple varieties for sale- never heard of most of them before! Great cider. Cool collection of vintage signs and pop bottles. Not much to do there; it's not a full blown...More

Saw this online before heading to the Christmas Cove Farms. The apples are wonderful and the family stayed open a few minutes after closing to help us make our selection of apples.

Great place! A huge variety of apples are available, with placards telling the origin and history of the apples. The bottle and sign collection is also a must see. Great tasting apple cider as well. Perfect for a fall day in Michigan!

We had to check this place out after reading about it on Trip Advisor. It was truly unique. A lot of bottles, potato chip and lard tins and apples! It was fun to read about the origin of the different types of apples and to...More

A wonderful fall destination. This farm cultivates obscure and antique apples. They have more apple varieties to choose from, than most places have fruit. Delicious and entertaining.

Yes, they sell apples. If you want apples, it is a great place to go. BUT, even if you hate apples, this is a place worth a drive to see. We drove up from Traverse City to see the place. As other reviewers have exclaimed,...More
