What a fantastic way to tour multiple locations in one day! My group of 3 booked a private 6 hour wine tour that we took yesterday. The Cadillac Escalade was clean and very comfortable. Our driver Dean was the best-Prompt, attentive, and informative. Our itinerary was great and accommodated all the vineyards we had requested. The lunch stop was also delicious. Highly recommend!

If you want to tour Michigan wine country and not have to worry ABOUT A THING, book a tour with Grape and Grain! They were amazing to deal with during the planning stages and during the tour. I felt the cost of the shuttle/tour was super reasonable. You can't put a price on being able to have a good time and not worry about how to get around and experience all the great wineries, distilleries, and cider houses that south west Michigan has to offer! We had such a fantastic time and our driver Cara provided a white glove experience, taking care of everything for us. Wonderful tour company and so worth the cost! Thank you Grape and Grain!❤

I made a last minute reservation for my birthday and Grape and Grain was so accommodating! I messed up the intial count on my reservation and they assisted in fixing that and then one of my friends became ill the day of so she couldnt attend but they gave us tumblers and a bottle of champagne and used the rest of her payment towards a tip to our driver Cara! They were great with communication. Also, Cara was AMAZING. She took photos of us the entire time and was so sweet. We even had time leftover so she took us to a winery near our airbnb. She made the entire experience. It was a birthday I'll never forget! She even carried our purchases to the car. The price for the tour includes A LOT so it is worth it. I will definitely be making a return trip and recommending this to friends!

Our driver Scott was amazing but I was ver disappointed with the whole experience first of all we didn’t visit Dablon vineyard which was on our itinerary they sent me 2 days prior and I was looking going to. Also there was no warning of the change so I went to the round barn prior not knowing it was on our tour. Scott was amazing, the company owner Kim was all to blame and seriously needs to be held at fault for her all mistakes. Honesty is a good policy Kim

In response to your posted review of our company and your attack my on character. First off, you were on a private weekday Cadillac tour which states we choose 3 of our favorite places. This tour did was not following the Wednesday schedule so I’m sorry if you did not read the description. Second, when we pulled in to the last winery and you questioned the driver about this not being one of the stops, he reached out to me and asked if he could take you to the place you to Dablon, I said yes but your companion was fine with the last stop and so we proceeded. Third, you guys were having so much fun at this place, my driver gave you an additional hour here. The tour lasted well past the 5 hours and you were given your 3 stops, the tasting fees, the lunch with wine, tumblers and a bottle of Champagne. Everything that was listed and then some.
Based on prior reviews that you’ve given other businesses, I see that about 90% are negative. It’s obvious that you are never satisfied. With the ongoing situation which Covid-19 you’d think you’d have a little more empathy, but I guess not. And lastly, I’m not a liar. Never have nor will I ever be. I’m an honest business women with an outstanding reputation and worked side by side with our partner wineries for many years.

We had a great day touring three wineries with Cara to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Wish we could have chosen our tastings instead of picking dry or sweet tastings but we understand how Covid has changed everything. Cara was great at adding in an extra stop since we were fast wi e tasters. The waters and snacks were nice to have between tastings. Lunch was awesome too.

I was very excited to join this tour and learn more about the wines in this region. We visited 3 wineries and made one stop for lunch.
Out tour guide gave us some info while were on the bus, but never
spoke to us at any of the wineries, He told us if his sunglasses were down, it was time to go. I thought this was odd. I thought he would be walking around, and asking us what we thought, or perhaps suggest what we should try at each stop. Nope.
When we stopped for lunch at Round Barn, we waited almost an hour for a Turkey sandwich, and didn't get to see any of the distillery! What a waste of time, and he was no where to be found.
I don't recommend this tour there are many others.

Been on this tour twice. First time we had a less than optimal experience due to unfortunate circumstances, but Kim (the owner) more than made up for it. Adequately priced compared to other tours in the area for what you get. We went to four wineries (Round Barn being one of them both times and it is one of our favorites!). The tour comes with a nice lunch at Round Barn (the location in town). Drinks not included, but I don't think that's horrible as some of the tours we've been on have had you pay for drinks and your food at lunch. It is a nice lunch with a good selection. Would definitely go again.

We enjoyed the tour, and our guide was wonderful. But this price has to come down if Uber/Lyft ever gets to the region. Apart from transport, there wasnt a lot of "value add" in the way of explanation/history/etc. The places they chose were each unique and fun, and we had a good time despite the cost.

This was an excellent tour. We got to go to 3 wineries, have a fantastic lunch and our driver was great. Picked us up right on time. The round barn was our favorite. The owner could not have been nicer and our driver gave shout out to those of us with birthdays and anniversaries and got a nice gift to boot.

I have been on many wine tours around Michigan and Ontario and I felt that this tour was very average. Unfortunately, this is the most I have ever spent on a wine tour and the worst one I have been on. We were a group of 6 girls that did the Sunday 5 hour wine tour. Here are the pros and cons that we found with this tour.
Pros:
-Driver picked us up in New Buffalo at the location where we were staying.
-Driver was polite and pleasant.
Cons:
-The Round Barn Winery was listed as one of the wineries that we were going to be stopping at and in particular the one where we were going to be eating lunch. We did not stop at this Winery but the brewery, thus we were not able to experience the actual winery location and taste the wines. We had lunch at this location and had to sit with the other people that were also on the tour. This was awkward and uncomfortable. Too much of the tour time was spent at this location taking away time from tasting wines. Also, the drinks were not included at lunch. We were so disappointed in this that we decided to do a separate trip to the actual winery the next day.
-The bus itself was uncomfortable. The bus seats were small to fit two people and the air conditioner did not work. The unit was actually leaking water all over our purchases.
-There was a specific winery that we asked to go to that was on the list of wineries this company goes too, and when we asked the driver if we could go to this particular winery he said we were not able to as we had to stay on a particular schedule. No flexibility with this.
I am comparing this tour to the others I have done where the transportation was roomy, comfortable and clean. Also, all the tours I have been on in the past have been able to accommodate for winery preferences.
Overall, I would not book a tour through this company again.
