Perfect place to visit. Nice view.
And the city is very well equipped for biking.
you can bike along the coast safely. Not many cars.
you can park easily at the entrance of the city and then bike and parking is free.
Then you have nice bars in the city to rest after biking

We snuck out to have a look and glad we did. Great view of the gulf. Enjoyed the town center as well.

The point is quite lovely. At the end is a statue of Notre Dame de Kerdro keeping watch over one of the most dangerous river entrances in Brittany. The local women used to fling flowers into the sea to try ensure their menfolk came home safely. There are a couple of WWII German gun emplacements as they expected the Brits to land here. There is also a lovely unspoiled coastal walk. It is off road, flat for most of the way with plenty of places to rest and lots of shade.

Good 2 hour walk from the village most of it along the coast. Great views of the mouth of the Moribund and the Islands in the Atlantic. Nice isolated menhir near the point. Unfortunately Walk not suitable for wheelchairs or disabled.

Called into this tiny village on our travels. Not a lot here but some lovely views over the gulf. There a clean public loo here!

Reached by an easy walk from Locmariaquer along the harbor. The beach is really beautiful, white sands and clear blue water --unspoiled. We almost had the place to ourselves.
