SLOW SLOW SOOOOOO SLOW! Waitress was very nice and got to us quickly. But i wonder what the 2 cooks in kitchen are doing? They need a lot of improvements on service in the kitchen. We ordered the smelt and burrito. Both were good, but it should not have taken 45 minutes to get our food. We saw another couple wait almost an hour for one pizza. I wouldn't bring friends here because it would be embarrassing for the time we wait from order to table. I was watching thru the opening window to the kitchen and it looks like they mix up the newest orders with the oldest orders. They really need John Tapper from Bar Rescue to come in and get them organized.…

Had someone re omen we give it a try, so we did. Have to say it was first and last visit. There was a group of six of us. Arrived at 6:40 pm. It was busy but not packed. Got seated and waited o. Promptly, then it went bad. The waitress brought our drinks quick and salad and Cole slaw right away, the we waited, and waited and waited. One hour later we got our food. Totally unacceptable! I observed during this time many people waiting for their food. About every 10 to 15 minutes they would bring food to a table. Most restaurants are constantly serving. The food was decent and we would have probably gone back to try some other items because the prices were good and servings generous. The lack of service ended It. …

The Full Moon Saloon is a restaurant/tavern. Our golf league of 30 people at lunch there on Friday, September 14, 2018. Fantastic service. Fantastic food. Value pricing. Definitely in my 'Top 5' places to eat in Muskegon County.
