Great customer service! Staff were very polite and knowledgeable, our presence was quickly acknowledged and samples served. They offer gourmet crackers, jams and have a nice wine selection as well as cheese knives, boards etc. We are from WI and are huge cheese lovers so The Cheese Lady was the perfect, unique stop on our Circle Tour!

LACK of signage regarding mask policy. I sent a friend over to pick up a couple of items. She had never been to this store before. She was in the store for over 10 minutes and when she went to check out and order cheese it was then that she was rudely chastised for not having a mask. They asked her to put one of theirs on and due to allergies can only wear cotton. SHAME on the young lady that walked her out the door and said you can pay for it outside. This is segregation at its finest. I would not recommend this business to anyone - and as a frequent customer will not shop there again. Make your signs visible and remind customers in a respectful fashion when they enter your store do not treat them as less than and embarrass them in front of other customers. This was SHAMEFUL!
