Went to Alexander Zonjic’s Shoreline Jazz Festival for the Saturday show. Tremendous venue with excellent sound. Around 2,000 were spread out over the grounds, enjoying the music. Venue easily accommodated the crowd and could have handled another 2K rather easily. Nice views

This park is host to several large festivals during warmer weather. It also features a large canopied stage, kids play area and the dock for the Great Lake cruise ships.

The grass is green and well kept, wide sidewalks, wheelchair friendly)benches to rest on and cast a fishing line just above the waters of Muskegon Lake. Come, relax, walk or try your luck fishing!!

On a whim I borrowed a kayak and decided to go pan fishing. I really didn’t need the kayak because they have a good sized fishing platform/pier. I wanted to cross to the other side of the bay. The pier is big enough to host several people and good for families with younger kids.
