Rented a pontoon and enjoyed the Rocks. Spray Falls was one we have never seen from our hikes or kayaking trips. Having the rental boat was a great way to see and get close to the falls.

This was a "must see" waterfall. You can get a great view of it from the boat cruise. Not sure if you can access it another way, but you can see 3 or 4 waterfalls on the cruise including this one.

We didn't get as close as I had hoped when we saw the Spray Falls, which was the last point of interest on the cruise we took to see the rock formations along the banks of Lake Superior. But the sunset cruise was worth the...More

Saw this on the extended PIctured Rocks Cruise. It was worth it. Also, take the latest trip as the sun will be behind you.

I saw this on the pictured rocks boat tour. This was beautiful and words and pictures do not do this justice. It must be seen in person.

The NCT doesn't really give you much of a view- best viewed from above from the east. Boat tours don't spend much time on site- and don't approach too close. Privately, you can get close, anchor out and swim around the falls. A fun place...More

We backpacked the North Country Trail which goes right by the falls. The best spot to see it is East of the falls a ways on a rock outcropping. There are also two small trails on either side of the river leadings to the falls....More

We saw it on the picture rocks tour, there was hardly a trickle coming down. Very disappointing compared to Niagara Falls

These rock formations do not disappoint. We saw it from Pictured Rock cruise which I think is the best way to learn about the formations. It was enjoyable and relaxing. To see this galls you have yo pay extreme but do worth it.
