We routed our trip to make the 6:30 pm cruise on a Monday evening, having made reservations weeks in advance and paying $48 per tx. We planned our day to make the cruise arriving early at the docks. No one in sight. No email, no call that the cruise was cancelled. The weather was perfect, no wind, no waves, lots of sunshine yet they cancelled due to high waves. What a joke. You cancelled as you didn't have personnel to either run your cruise that day or not enough passengers. It was NOT due to the weather. My complaint is you should have emailed or called those people with reservations and a paid ticket in advance. NOT ACCEPTABLE !! We had a party of NINE and had come off trails and dined early with children to make your cruise. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED EARLIER YOU WERE NOT RUNNING THE CRUISE THAT DAY.

Had a beautiful day on the cruise. Very relaxing, and beautiful rock formations. If in the area I would do it once. Price was $42 per adult.

The cruise itself was amazing. No complaints as long as you sit on the right side as others have also commented; they do not slow down on the way back. Great narration in the beginning. Nothing on way back. They could have at least mentioned the names of same points of interest on the way back. The reason for the 2 stars is two-fold. #1 Women's indoor restrooms were disgusting. Smelly and toilets stopped up that would not flush. #2 They mention "complimentary" kennels. Sure, kennel cages are free, but there is no attendant, so you buy a key lock for $5.00. The kennels were beyond sad. Plain, old paint on the cement walls, gray cement floor, about 12 wire cages and a hose attached to the wall to fill up a water bowl (provided). So sad, there was no way we were going to leave our beloved pet in there. He would have been seriously traumatized. Luckily, it was a nice 65 degrees with slight wind, so he was more than happy to stay in the car with the window down a few inches. Them mentioning a kennel on their site AND also when I called, gave us a sense of relief we would have a secure place to board our dog for a few hours. It was gross. Period. What a lost opportunity to provide a safe place for patrons' doggy family members. They could have painted the walls a serene color, added framed pics of landscape or cute animals (real or quaint cartoon style), trendy waterproof vinyl flooring, waterproof doggy beds AND lent out combination locks. THAT would have been a nod to welcoming, caring customer service. Instead, they bait & switch with $5.00 key locks for sale, which they know everyone will buy, and they provide this dingy, nasty room for our beloved pets. NO THANK YOU!! Based on some of the other low star reviews about service in general, I am not surprised they could give a crap (pun intended) about our furry friends. (P.S. I am not an animal lover other than our dog that my husband and kids picked out years ago without my knowledge. So for me to care this much and write a review...)

The whole trip. Better then expected. Wish they had an audio recording of the cruise to play along with the pictures book you've made. NOT A NEGATIVE. Just an added bonus. It was the highlight of the trip from South Carolina.
