We have kayaked up in the Pictured Rocks Lakeshore area many times. We have launched from Munising (Sand Point) and also Grand Marais. Just a beautiful area to kayak and camp!

The great thing about this park is the range of activities. Some sights and waterfalls are an easy walk from the parking lot; others are 12 miles into the woods.

So many areas to walk and see. Take a boat tour too if you have the chance. Wear good footwear for lots of hiking to be done.
