The office staff ( a monk and a lay person) treated me rudely today. They were so impatient. I heard good reviews from this place but left feeling sad and embarrassed. I’ll never go back to this place again.

There are people quietly going about their business of meditating. You can see lots of pilgrims. A wide open clean spaces.

It is a grand large temple, but yet feel very empty, perhaps that''s their Buddhism way.
Huge ground to wonder around for photos but not much else to do.

It’s a beautiful temple and very well managed. Very peaceful and calm surroundings. Must see in Lumbini.

I stayed here with my daughter for 3 nights. It was a quite nice place to feel the nature and beauty of Lumbini. The temple is very humble to stay but birds' singing, snake, howling of wolves, calmness and tranquility, heart sutra in the Korean temple were amazing experience to me and 9 years old daughter.
Now I am in Pokhara and looking into the Heart sutra again.
Thanking the Korean temple for the valuable experience.

This Korean temple is in the process of construction for the last 10 years. This incomplete building site still offers the largest accomodation in the area. I stayed in a room alone where I think about 20 people can fit. It has tens of such large rooms, single double, dorms. You also get Korean buffet for three times a day. There is a nominal fee associated and you can also rent a bycyle. staff are very friendly. If you are in Lumbini and don't want to spend money in staying four star hotel, this is definatelly a good opption to consider.

Majestic architecture. This is one of the few monasteries which has a restroom. Most others don't have one.

i stayed i think 7 days here where i met some really amazing people and was really blessed to sit in on the morning and evening chanting. these chants are one of the things that will stick with me from nepal untill my memory fades. on top of that this monastery provides very inexpensive community sleeping areas and 3 meals a day for an all inclusive 500 R's a night. this is truly a temple supporting buddhist ideals and radiating a peaceful awareness. really worth you time to listen to the chanting. i wish i knew what the mantra is they recite.

The statue of Lord Buddha just in the entrance of this monastery is magnificent with white colour. Not only the Koreans, a lot of pilgrims of other nationalities were also present at the time I visited the monastery with one of my Indian friends.
