Located in Birgunj, my home town. Good place to have a morning walk or evening walk. Place is also used for dating and also for family outing. Canteen and rest rooms are available. Tickets are levied. It is surrounded by a Pond basically used during Chhath Festival (Sun God festival). Sometimes, boating is also allowed. A good place to hangout.

Although this place isn't as good as it used to be (Fountain Shows every Saturday evening), it still is a very good place to just have a walk, and click some amazing photos !

Had gone there in the morning. Most of the locals come there in the morning for a walk or doing yoga. Its a large pond with a temple of hindu god in the centre. If you are in Birgunj, taking out your time to go there, especially in the morning, would be worthy.

It's a nice place to gather peace sitting beside the pond. Although now you can't find peace due to the giggling of the couples everywhere. It's also a famous destination for Chatt Puja.

Well this is the one of cool place to chill in the hot season of Birganj. This Pokhari is so decorated and crowded on Chath Festival, that it's not to miss.
