We had a relaxing time floating along the river. There were lots of down trees to navigate (steer around) which was fun for my young boys. The river was clean and the raft and gear was in good condition.

The staff and facilities were polite, casual, and clean. Prices probably reflect the lack of local competition. The river is an amazing trip. The 2.5 hour trip is perfect amount of time. During these times, clientele with varying opinions, health risks, and attitudes will come through their business. It may be a professional addition to let the customers know during registration that the common spaces are disinfected hourly, the paddles are cleaned after every use, and to please wear a mask while in closed quarters such as at registration or in the bus. The name and especially the sign above the building are out-dated. They could have such a cooler sign than a hoaky brown-skinned cartoon which hints of racist depictions. I can't be the first customer to notice the tackiness. Overall, the White River is beautiful. Will kayak it again.…

We have been doing a summer outing to Happy Mohawk for going on 6 years and we just love it. The staff has always been wonderful. The whole experience is great for the whole group and their families. We can't wait for August to visit again!

We've done lots of canoe and or kayak trips through Happy Mohawk over the years and never had any issues. Customer service has always been good but not spectacular. They're a little pricey to rent watercraft, but quite reasonable if you're bringing your own.
