Experience World Champion Lumberjacks in a fast paced action packed lumberjack competition, a Mackinaw City MUST SEE! Shows at Jack Pine Lumberjack Shows are approximately an hour long, delivered in a competition format, in which the audience is divided up into two rival logging camps, each camp cheering for their lumberjack. It demostrates the turn of the century skills of the lumberjack including chopping, sawing, axe throwing, cross-cut sawing, speed climbing and logrolling. In addition to the competition, there is also a chain saw carving demonstration. The show educates the audience in the rich history of Michigan's logging past. It is fast paced, up-beat and keeps the audience involved. A fun show for the entire family, children under the age of 5 are free!

What a surprise. An educational family friendly fun experience. A short distance out of town is this attraction. Bring the kids and learn about lumberjacks.

Very interesting presentation -good demonstration of skills in a very family friendly performance. The lumber Jacks were good at what they were doing and seemed to enjoy the sport. I would recommend this for a light evening event

It is very impressive what these guys can do. However, it is a bit pricey for just an hour long show. Our kids 13 and 9 enjoyed it.

Two lumberjacks competing to be the "bull of the woods". Throwing axes, sawing wood, climbing tree poles, log rolling, etc. Seemed the outcome was pre-determined and the performance was somewhat hokey. Still glad we went.

We had a great time watching the lumberjacks compete. The show was interactive for all ages. My 6 and 8 year-old girls had an awesome time cheering for their team. We enjoyed so much that we stayed while there while it down poured.

This is wonderful show for all ages and well worth the money. The Lumberjacks are real, not actors and it is a show of skill & strength. No matter what the weather the show goes on.
