About
We are a 40 acre working family farm with a licensed kitchen that makes sweet and or savory Jams, Preserves, Bread and Dip Mixes and yummy Granola. Plenty of samples available. Everything is made with the fruit we grow or our neighbors grow. We have tractors for people to sit on and take pictures and they are welcome to walk around the farm buildings and grounds. We have a quilt block on the barn and are part of the Mason County Ag Trail. Both have recorded information you can listen too. We are open 7 days a week in the summer and 4 days a week in the fall. We close just before Christmas and open again in the spring. Come and visit the Jamlady!

    Old fashioned farm store
I enjoyed talking to the store owner and sampling her fruit jams. Hard to pick a favorite, but I really liked the bramble berry, mixture of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry. Bring the empty jar back and get 25 cents off next jam.

The Jam Farm does not disappoint!
Many friends have told me it’s a great place so we headed there today and were not disappointed. The “Jam Lady” promptly greeted us, brought us samples to taste and just made us feel so happy. And the jam is delicious!!!!

    Worth the Trip
A bit off the beaten path, but definitely part of my plans when I visit the Manistee area. The only drawback is deciding which ones to bring home! I definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a thoughtful gift or just love jam the way my family does.

Overall AMAZING The jam and the service!
The Jam Lady and the Jam Farm are both just fantastic. My wife called and asked what time she would be available, being the off-season on a Saturday . JL said she had someone else coming in at 1:30 and would wait for us if we wanted to visit. When we got there that person was finishing up and we had the whole place to ourselves. It was myself my wife and daughter and future son in law. JL gave us samples and told us about some of the processes and was quite lovely. We stayed a half hour or so just perusing the different jams. I had so many in my hand I had to get a box. Why decide on just one. They have all been delicious but my favorite is the peppered cherry. I love my experience there every time. I grew up on a farm and it feels a lot like home. I'm sure we will go again before the end of the season. So JL if you see this WE LOVE YOU! and keep jammin! Sincerely, Kat and Heather

Out in the middle of nowhere you come to a farm. You enter a home and you enter wonderland. Shelves full of all types of wonderful jams. They happily give out samples. I was surprised just how good the Cherry Pie Jam was! I ended up getting that plus two types of strawberry jam. I was also interested in their Carmel Apple Jam. However it was quite in season yet. The owner told me though to follow them on Facebook and when in season shed ship them two me in quantities of 6 or 12.

I did and the postage was very fair ($8) for 6. Plus $7 a jar for the jam. All the jam is some of the best I've ever had. She is a wizard of Jam and a very nice lady to boot.

Overall a 5 star review. I very much hope to order from again and recommend anybody that loves Jam needs to try hers!

On a bright Thursday afternoon in June, we stopped by to feed our love for The Jam Farm's homemade fresh fruit jams, best-ever granola with oats and dried fruit, breads, dip-mixes, and newly introduced homemade soaps. All things are yummy or wonderfully scented, and with additional little gifts to reflect country life, you'll find small treasures. We visit every time we come to west Michigan and its sandy Lake Michigan coast.

I have been here many times, good jams, nice ladies.
I understand that Corvid 19 has effected how many do business, however it would be helpful for those of us out of town visitors if the hours on your web page were updated to reflect your new hours.
Sorry I missed you this year.

The Jam Farm is a fruit farm out in the country, about 7 miles from downtown Ludington. Their products, Jam, Butters, Bread Mixes, Dip Mixes, Artisan Crafted Granolas, and dried fruit are one of the reasons to come visit. The other is the Jamlady and her husband the Jamdude. They will make you feel comfortable and at home on their farm. The Jamlady runs her licensed kitchen and will have samples of almost everything she makes for you to taste. She has 37 flavors of jam (at last count) all made from local ingredients. If you are interested in fresh fruit, just stop at their farm stand out front and pick your favorites. All from their farm. All reasonably priced. The farm stand is run on the honor system. They will let you walk around in the orchards, look in their 175 year old barns, etc. We will be coming back the next time we visit West Michigan!

The jam farm is family owned and operated by the Jamdude and Jamlady. A trip to the farm is always pleasant and free samples abound. Jamdude will go pick items fresh out of the garden upon request. They also have an "honor system" farm stand that the Jamdude keeps stocked with fresh fruit and veggies. Prices are reasonable and a variety of items are available. These folks are friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. The Jamlady and her helper Brenda make wonderful gift baskets, granola, jam and even carry sugar free jams. Well worth the trip out to the farm!

We were riding through the fruit fields on our bike when we spotted a sign pointing us to the Jam Farm. We found a nondescript collection of buildings with a sign pointing us to an older house trailer for the Jam Farm. Once inside we were treated to Lois "The Jam Lady" peeling peaches with a pot of fresh peach jam cooking on the stove. Lois gave us samples and helped up pick out 4 flavors from the jam packed shelves to pack on our bike. We would make this a part of our next trip to the area. Oh, and yes the jam is delicious!

I can't fairly review their products because when we went there it was closed still (almost 10am on a Tuesday)
A bit of a drive from town, odd looking setup, not sure where to go, not adequately signed. Might be better latter in the day or on weekends. Your call but honestly we didn't make a return trip.

Dear KBailey, I hope if you come to Ludington you will visit us again. We don't really open until 11:00 but I try to be there no later than 10:30. We have made some changes and I would like to hear your opinions. Come on in and taste what we produce. Thank you!🍒
