Make the walk out on the jetty to see this lighthouse. It’s a great one and it’s just a wonderful, beautiful walk. Worth your time.

Walked out to the lighthouse, (great fun!) then back to the park to wait for sunset. Treated to seeing a bald eagle fishing with the gulls! Fun surprise- and as for sunset? It did not disappoint. Beautiful place for sunset photos.

If you are staying in Ludington, make your way in the evening to the harbor. Spend some time in watching the change in the sun set especially if there are clouds. Great photos

This is a fabulous place to enjoy the sunset! A don't-miss-it if you are traveling to Ludington. My husband and our grandson walked out on the pier, and I stayed back to photograph. It was a beautiful evening.

When the water is calm, take a walk out to the lighthouse. You'll be treated to great hospitality and information about the lighthouse and the area. Beautiful sight at sunset as well.

Easy free parking near the beach. You can walk on a paved path to the lighthouse in about 30 minutes. $5 to climb the 3 ladders to the top and view the lake through port holes on each level. Top is enclosed only.

This light was an easy walk, we did it three different times during our weekend stay. The people inside were friendly, we did not climb the tower. The views watching boats come and go in and out of the harbor are great! The area around...More
