My friend likes this shopping mall. I think it is ok. I don’t like that it’s pretty small so there is not so many shops to browse around in. They have a Victoria secret shop which I liked.
I must say I rather go to twelve oaks in Novi.

This is definitely not a huge mall. But it's also not too small. It's just right.
It has your usual stores like Bath & Body Works, Hallmark, etc. But also some stores you don't see everywhere.
It only has two anchor stores; Von Maur and Carson's. However Carson's is closing. No mention yet of when or if someone else will take over that spot. (As of July 2018.)
There is a food court but most of those restaurants are closed. However there are others scattered in the mall. A few of them are Olga's, a coney island, California Pizza Kitchen, Sweet Lorraine's, and Bar Louie.

This small mall still meets the basic criteria of safe, clean, bright and friendly. There are upscale bright spots and a food court that has never worked. No food court works. They always smell like a variation of pine- sol.
However, there are a variety of restaurants. My favorite is Sweet Lorraine's in the attached Marriott. There is a Bar Louie across from the former and always busyMax and Erma's, now empty. The turnover in some of these stores is puzzling. Coldwater Creek is also gone. But thankfully my favorite anchor store with terrific customer service , Von Maur remains . Think Jacobsons without the snob.
There is a lovely flavored olive oil shop next to some new teen stores. The Laurel Park Mall is easy in and out , good for a stroll , window perusal , shopping and and Teavanna testing but it's not a heavy duty all day mall.
It's a great "attached to hotel "small mall for walkers and for nearby hotel guests and suburban customers.
As long as it retains Von Maur it can be considered a little "easy access to freeway "gem. Von Maur will wrap and send for free their customers gift purchases as part of their customer service. Their hats include Kentucky Derby delights and a high quality shoe Dept often with excellent prices.

This mall is rather small and it's currently under construction. For business men who are staying in the hotels around the mall, it's great that the beanery is being located in this mall. It's a pity that Wallgree is being situated at the other side of a very busy road. If you forget something it is almost suicide to cross that street, walking

The only reason I usually ever have to visit this mall is for Hallmark and that's about it. Not many stores that catch my interest anymore.

Wow is all I have say. I talked to a girl Jillian at the handsome department and because of her I will no longer purchase from there. She was sarcastic and gave dirty looks was clearly saying bad things about me because I returned something. I use there makeup and our pleased with it. I wanted to try their skincare and because it was on sale I purchased it. The serum had a powerful perfume smell so I returned it next day cause it gave me a horrible migraine. I same day went critique counter and dior to see about their products because I have the right. This girl from anyone continued to grim me down and talk..then I saw her again today cause I was purchasing makeup from dior and the lady helping me said she heard about me returning income and as I looked over Jillian was pointing me out and talking again giving bad looks. So I told the manager..she looked angry. You know what my skin is changing with age and products at at place like that are extremely expensive it should be ok to not like something or talk to other representatives to see what's out there. That was horrible I have a 200 gift card to Carson's and I don't even want to go back now. A lot of the woman at different counters all talk and I was very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. I am very upset. I don't get out much cause I have 3 kids and am very busy I wanted to do something nice for myself and this is what happens. I hope the girls acting like that get a talking to other possibly fired for acting like that.

Great mall. Love the Sanders Hot Fudge store. Visited it several times when I came home for Christmas. Good Deals.

We like the ease of parking here and the fact that you don't have to walk miles past 100 stores as at the Mega Malls. Von Maur is a classy store where we did some Christmas shopping this year. And there are a variety of restaurants like Leo's, California Pizza Kitchen, Bar Louie etc. We frequent the Hallmark store and Lenscrafter opticians. You may not find every store you like here and when that happens one can just go up to Twelve Oaks.

This mall is smaller than most, all one level, but great to stroll through on a cold day or have dinner & a drink at California Pizza Kitchen or Bar Louie. If you vacationing in the area or on a business trip it’s a great way to pass some time. They have a store that sells things “made in Michigan” which is cool. Food court too.
