We stopped for information about family sites since we had 3 of our grandchildren with us. The staff was professional and courteous. We went to the children's museum and a restaurant recommended. Thank you Lansing Visitor's Center.

A very nice facility for events in a fun area of shops and restaurants. While not overly large it does hold events worth attending. Prices are reasonable and facilities such as restrooms and food are very clean and good.

We attend the Deer and Turkey Extravaganza in February of each year. Concessions and restroom facilities are very good and prices are not too high.

They could have been more helpful at the center on how the tour worked. I had young children with me and it was difficult to get the right directions for the tour. And was given bad information at times and had to back track to get to the correct bus stop.

I love that they have something available about every neat and interesting attraction in the city of Lansing or if they don't (rarely) have a flyer or brochure, they will give you a phone number or website to get the info you need or are looking for. Visit Lansing and try to time it during one of the music festivals and you won't be dissappointed.
