So wonderful, casual, yet makes you understand the wine and how it's created.

Ben, the tasting room manager, served us. His knowledge of wine and how they produce it was incredible and educational. The music fun, but not intrusive and the wine? Wonderful. The Rose Pinot Noir was especially nice. I cannot suggest this wonderful vineyard highly enough

Only go with the afterglow
Oct 2021 • Couples
The wine flavors were disappointing. We tried six wines and only the sparkling peach was above average and the afterglow was quite good. The two skin ferment wines and the rieslings couldnt quite be redeemed.

Just amazingly beautiful & excellent wine!

Fell in love with this winery! This was our favorite place on the 2021 Leelanau Harvest Days tour. My husband is not a big wine person and he loved a couple of the wines here. They are also dog friendly! We sat outside on the patio with our 6.5 month old border Collie for our tastings and then were able to walk around the vineyard. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!!! The staff was awesome too!

Tasty Wine and Knowledgeable Staff
Jun 2021 • Business
Set on the vineyard, it was a relaxing atmosphere built on knowledge, experience and most importantly, family. The 2019 Unwooded Chardonnay was a favorite and for those wanting a slushy cool beverage, there are a couple of great choices! The boxed fish sampler was an excellent selection of tastes all sourced locally. Ben was a pleasure to have as a server, filled with information and charm. Highly recommend for a relaxing time with couples or as a setting for a formal event. Dog friendly, too.

Half way there
Apr 2021 • Couples
This was a great place to end our trip. Saving one of the best for last. The whites were tasty but we walked away with a bottle of each of the reds. The tasting price is a little more expensive then most but it's a generous pour that comes on a cute wine tree. (The power tower) Indoor and outdoor seating with some yummy snacks to purchase in this gorgeous setting and fun atmosphere.

First stop
Oct 2020
We picked this as our first stop on our Leelanau Wine Trail because it opened at 11am. It was a Monday so we didn't need reservations. We had to sit outside but the porch was enclosed and heated. This wound up being the most expensive place we visted. $15 for 3 very small pours and $10 for a glass of hot mulled wine. Server was very friendly.

Unique wines
Aug 2019
We tried the skin ferment whites which are not your typical selections at most wineries, and really enjoyed the Northport. The whiskey barrel aging bring a very unique finish to this port wine, which we found irresistible despite the higher price point.

LOVE THIS PLACE
Aug 2019 • Friends
I have been to this Winery quite a few times and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly courteous and outgoing. The Tasting Room is always spotless and they do their best to keep you going even when they're busy! Tom and Ben are great guys and love what they're doing! Can't wait to stop in again.

Loved this stop on the wine trail. Outdoor seating, great tasting and nice decor. They had wine and cider available.
