So many varieties so little time. These owners are so helpful. They take the time to explain stuff to you. They take the time to show you, they ask questions just so friendly. We always come back here. Best varieties of tulips bar none

It was fun to see all the delft blue and other items from Holland, however I was watching a lady paint some delft blue and she didn't seem to thrilled at me watching her. the people working there weren't very friendly to visitors even though it is a visitor attraction. there were no demonstrations.

Some people are not very impressed. We enjoyed the wide variety of tulips plus others. We enjoyed the park like place with the ability to order bulbs. It has been around awhile and shows it age.

We read reviews on this garden & I was a bit unsure. However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful & gave great tips on planting & maintaining the bulbs, keeping critters out, etc. they had every color & variety to choose from. We selected a nice variety to take home & plant as a keepsake from our... More

Enjoyed visiting the Blue Delft and wooden shoe factory, as I had as a child 50 years ago with my parents. I enjoyed seeing it all over again. I've read some of the critical recent posts and wonder about people's expectations? We visited in September, so they were filling tulip bulb orders. This operation appears to be run as a... More

The best time to go is when the tulips are in bloom. Otherwise it's just a place to purchase bulbs and knick knacks. So many different varieties and colors. If you love flowers and gardens then you would love this.

We went in the garden shop and the woman working in there was extremely friendly. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to share that knowledge of how to prevent squirrels from eating my tulip bulbs

Rows and rows of tulips in colors and varieties one would never imagine. Store on site for purchase of bulbs and other Dutch goodies.

It's particularly difficult to get to Veldheer Gardens these days; there's so much construction in the area. Once you arrive at the attraction, you wonder if it's still a going concern. The entrance is a little confusing, but I took a chance and found myself inside an enormous warehouse. They sell every kind of knickknack you can imagine, lots of... More

First off, I have to say that I've known about this place for years. I've never understood why people would pay to see flowers that are literally lining the streets all over downtown Holland during the Tulip Time festivities. But, even when it's not TT, this place is kind of sad. The buildings are in poor repair. The store is... More
