Surprised this course wasn’t even listed so I thought it worthy of a positive review and recognition. From what I read it was called Hastings country club and private up until 2011.
We had a discount book for $20 a pop so 4 of us made the 60 mile trek each way to check it out. As golf pass reviews said it was very hilly and scenic. Most outstanding features was the sloped greens. Brutal, as hard as Oceana CC. Nice overall condition and had a great time.
May consider a return trip in the fall. Lots of great courses down in Gull lake. Not a long course even from the tips but very challenging. Love these old 100 year old courses, don’t know how they built them back then . No original architect listed.

Oh btw, lots of blind shots. Go to top of hills first to check layout and keep ball below hole, good luck!
