We went to this theater on Christmas Day and loved the movie. The theater looks beautiful and has lots of comfy furniture and a beautiful fireplace. They were having a problem with the water supply, though, and the toilets were barely flushing. This is a big problem.

The place was clean and ready for a busy day. The service was friendly. It did strike me odd how far in the ticket counter was however.
The snacks were add as well. You walked in, got service, walked away and paid at a different area. It worked fine since it broke up the lines some except when my son went for a refill on popcorn. He got stopped and was asked to pay again when it was to be free. The service desk spoke up and helped him but maybe they can have a different area for refills.

What was supposed to be a fun outing with the grandchildren and daughters turned into the nightmare we all dread because of the rude so called manager. If this person has ever worked in customer service before the fact is well hidden, that or he has learned nothing from past experience.
Thankfully there are other theaters much closer to home where the personnel care about their patrons and their enjoyment of the venue. We will not use our normal three tries with this turkey despite the newness of the venue. They show movies in a lot of other welcoming places.

We love this theater. The seats recline and are quite comfortable. Their rewards program is excellent and worth joining. At the last movie we went to I had a free birthday ticket and a free popcorn. Two movie tickets, popcorn, and a large drink was $17.00 with the free ticket. On Tuesdays they have $5.00 movie tickets and a free popcorn. We have enjoyed our time at Emagine Hartland. The service is friendly.

The local theater experience has just gotten a 10X upgrade.
Fantastic seats- ample, heated, reclining and the arm rest folds up so you can hold hands with your honey or share the popcorn more easily.
Cuddle seats- basically a loveseat with a cup holder on each arm with an ottoman to put your feet up. They're at the front of the theater- not usually the best place to sit, but if you put cuddling up there at the top of your list of priorities, here you go.
Picture and sound- no complaints. We saw the movie in a standard theater that seated about 90 (plus 4 handicapped)
Lots concessions offerings (see photos).
Unlimited refills on large pop and popcorn. A combo was $13.50 (1 of each).
There's a nice lounge, with bar and fireplace as well as a piano.
Why not hang out and make it a double feature!

Brand new, state of the art technology. Reclining, heated seats. Two person “cuddling” seats also available. They even deliver pizza to your seat from snack area!

This is a great theater! I love the one in Novi and I'm glad to see one closer to the Lansing area. I will be visiting often!
