This is a fun way to spend sometime and view art work and locally made items in various booths. A lot of Detroit items with laugh out loud slogans.

Great idea to bring various artisans together. Try the cake shop-sooo good no matter what flavor you choose. The Brown Dog Studio offers interesting and thoughtful artwork.

If you want to buy somebody a unique gift, usually made by the person selling it, go to the Rust Belt. I tend to like upcycled artisanal goods, which there is no shortage of between all of the vendors. I bought a bird house and a glass dish made from a wine bottle that were well received as gifts.

This place is super local and unique. All the vendors selling their wares have their own blood, sweat, and rears invested in the creation of the goods they sell here. There is a great coffee break spot in the back corner and the center of the building hosts local music artists most weekends to entertain when you want to sir... More

I've been to this spot quite a few times over the last couple of years. Lots of great unique gifts from Michigan/Detroit specific to just awesome stuff like jewelry and lamps. It can also be used as an event space which is very cool. Love this spot!

I usually do a lot of X-mas shopping here. All local, small vendors with some really cool stuff. Sometimes they even have guys playing music.

The past two Christmas's, I have been slacking on purchasing gifts for family members. So, both years, I end up going to The Rust Belt Market within days of Christmas and find the most amazing gifts for my family members that they end up loving. I have gotten quite lucky to find the gifts!
