Impressive taste
Jul 2020 • Friends
We stopped to check out the cheese. Very nice and clean. Clerk very informative and pleasant. We tried 6 different cheeses including cielo, novella and lamancho moo. All were excellent. They have crackers and drinks too. I would definitely go back and get more cheese.

We stopped by this small creamery and the lady in the store was very informative about the products and offered samples. Very tasty!

What A Surprise
Sep 2019
Our B&B innkeepers recommended that we stop in since they thought that cheese was excellent. They were correct, There is a surprising range of cheese available and all that we tasted was very good. Marisol, who greeted us and served samples could not be more gracious or helpful. Bring a cooler and take some home.

Great Cheese
Jul 2019 • Friends
Took the chance and stopped here while driving on country road. It was worth the stop. The cheese is so good. I’m not much for goat cheese but this cheese is some of the best I have ever had. The lady that was helping us was very friendly.
All the samples made it hard to choose which to buy because they were all delicious.

Local organic cheese run!

Owners were lovely and clearly proud of what they have created. Tour of the space and animals was excellent as well as the cheese! They do apple picking in the fall as well!:-)

Great cheese and educational

The husband did a great job explaining the difference between the cheeses. They were all very good. The spreadable fig one was excellent. It was so nice you could taste all of them. Definitely coming back. There's animals for the kids too.

So worth the stop
Jul 2018 • Couples
A small "purple" place but definitely worth the stop. You can sample several cheese made from goats milk or cows milk. The cheeses were simply delicious! You can also visit the barn and see the goats. There is a sign that if no attendant is present, to place your payment in the drawer for your purchase (honor system). During our visit there was a very knowledgeable attendant there and we learned quite a bit about the cheese and the process. Several varieties found their way home with us that day...

Don’t Be Put Off

Place is small but worth the stop. Some of the best artisinal cheeses to be found. Shop may be empty when you step in but folks come from the back in moments. Love the ‘Poets’. Do not drive by. You won’t regret stoping.

Delicious Cheese!
Jun 2018 • Family
I'm a picky eater, and these goat cheeses were super yummy! Plus, you get to see a bunch of cute goats. Things to note: cash or check is needed if the clerk isn't in (honor system with that) but if they are there then you can use a credit card. Also, one of the fences is electrified, so no touching.

Super yummy, very informative, and we got to visit the goats!
Jun 2018 • Couples
We sampled about nine different kinds of goat and cow cheese at this tiny little spot in Fennville. The cheese was excellent, and the woman giving us the samples was very knowledgable. We also got to go meet the goats that live on the farm. Our hosts at the Hop & Vine said that often there will be no one working there and they just leave the cheese cooler and the cash drawer there so you can make your purchases (honor system!- how cool is that?).
