I vacation to this area of Michigan every year and have seen the sign for the "Lavender Farm" but didn't make it a point to visit it until this year. It is such a cute little farm with a small lavender field in the front, and more in the back among nice lounging areas and beautiful views. I had my 4 year old daughter with me who enjoyed the fountain, climbing on the rocks and of course, smelling the lavender. The ladies on staff were really nice, taking us to their garden to show us some baby bunnies that had burrowed in a plant box. We didn't stay terribly long, but next time, (without my daughter) I may settle in among the amazing smells with a book. They have a cute shop where I purchased some bath bombs and a linen spray, all beautifully packaged and would make for great gifts. Of course they smell amazing. I recommend at the least pulling in to give it a walk through and appreciate the smells.

We visited this site while in the Saugatuck/Douglas area. It's just a few minutes away from those locations. It's a quaint lavender farm with small shop filled with wonderful lavender-related gifts. The owners have been working hard at making this a nice place for the senses and a place for events/stays. My daughter and I were there in July and the lavender was being harvested so it was quite beautiful to see all the lavender in bloom. One of the owners, Carol, gave us an impromptu tour of the site which was nice and informative (don't think they normally do this though). The small gift shop is a delight with everything lavender to be found. CALL OR EMAIL IN ADVANCE AS THIS PROPERTY IS ALSO A VACATION (airbnb) AND EVENT RENTAL, so visiting may not be possible if something is going on there. Lovely and gracious owners.

We sought out the lavender farm and were glad that we did. The owners give tours and introduced us to the various types of lavender on their farm. I had no idea how different the varieties were and the fragrance of each. Unfortunately the terrible winter killed many of their plants so that they've got a year of rebuilding ahead of them. We bought lavender and goat's milk soap, lotion and spray. Our visit lasted about 25 minutes and we were glad to have spent the time.

We parked and saw a sign stating to call before coming in. We did ( many people just parked and walked back)
We were told to follow the path to the back. We did. Very beautiful- different areas to sit and relax. Lavender smell in the air. Some people were in line to check out the “ store”, a little area you could approach and the clerk would bring things to the counter for you to look at. I was disappointed- very little to see and less to do.

We had an informative short tour of the farm and learned so much! The owner is very knowledgeable about lavender and the process of making and using the oils. Not a huge place but they do an excellent job. The pricing is very fair, have a quality product and take pride in what they sell. Definitely worth a stop and won’t take a long time. We purchased the roller lavender oil as it’s wonderful to keep in a bag at all times for the many uses. Thank you for sharing a beautiful spot .

If they let me I would pull up a lawn chair and take a long nap. The smell of Lavender fills the air and puts you in a calming state. Buy lavender oils, waxes, and baskets. So pretty with all of the lavender growing.

This is a definite must stop. The couple that runs the farm are very helpful and explain how they distill the lavender to make their products. The grounds are beautiful and quite fragrant in season. The product offerings are very nice.
