You can apply for a back country hiking permit that allows you to hike and camp off the trails in the park. You can have a campfire on Good Harbor beach which is at the north end of the park . This is a popular thing to do during the summer and you will find others having fires as well. Please make sure you put out your fire and take any trash with you when you leave this is such a special and beautiful place that is worth preserving for others
