This place, built in the '70s, desperately needs a renovation. Depressing and rundown, but it does have access to the river.

I stopped here while walking along the Riverfront. There wasn't much to see at the time. The fountain was turned off and the other structures looked in need of some repair. Mind you, I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and there weren't many people...More

Hart Plaza has always been a fun place for festivals and concerts. The view of the Detroit River is nice. A must visit place in downtown Detroit !

Love coming down to the Riverfront now. Every year it gets longer as they fix up more of the pathway.

this is an outdoor plaza that hoses a lot of events. Other than for an event, the only reason to visit is as part of a river walk tour. there is a neat stature to see and when it works, a cool fountain. During events...More

The fountain wasn't on and the surrounding area looks neglected and a little scary if you are on your own. Not somewhere I'd care to visit but would love to see it rehabilitated or with an event going on.
