This building is a very imposing one from the outside, but not that beautiful. Once you step in though, you realize this is a special place. The entrance hall is all squarely-designed with vivid colors. Once you climb the stairs to enter the great hall, the contrast shifts to curvy designs with more pastel-like colors. The interior is grandiose and... More

Outstanding sight to see. Spend whatever time you want. But def go. The sight is spectacular. This is amazing history that was before my time. And for it to still be standing. Awesome.

I have been to Detroit multiple times but this was the first time as a tourist, I recommend stopping here to admire the architecture and beautiful artwork on the ceilings and murals. I wish I would have been there on a day for a proper tour but maybe next time. I recommend stopping into the Pure Detroit store inside on... More

This building is stunning. I am not sure if I have ever visited anything quite like it. I was in awe. If you're visiting Detroit it is a must see.

This is one of the buildings you can't miss when visiting downtown Detroit. Enter the building through the main door and get transported into the golden era of Detroit, thanks to the Art Deco architecture, which has been fully preserved.

One of the few buildings that have actually stayed open since it's opening, it is one of the most beautiful and artistic buildings in Detroit. The canvas ceiling in the interior is breathtaking. The mural of Michigan was incredibly detailed. Must see when in Detroit!

I was a part of a large group that had the good fortune of visiting this incredible building. It was well worth the visit and oh what history!
