We golfed here in early August. It was a Saturday early afternoon and we thought the price was pretty high for four people. My husband asked about coupons and they said you had to get them in town but since it was closed we couldn't and they didn't offer to take the discount for us. Fairways and greens are in average condition. On some holes it was hard to spot the ladies tee. Not sure I'd play there again.

This 9 hole 2810 yard course was built in the early 1960's and is a charming example of a course I remember as a kid. The holes are pretty straight but there are plenty of trees. Greens tend to be a bit small, somewhat domed but not overly fast. They have a driving range and a snack bar. With great rates you don't mind that everything isn't manicured like being on tour. So take your Sunday bag out for a quick nine and catch a view of the country.
