Lovely grounds, when in bloom, as it was for my visit. Hard to leave the gift shop empty handed - the soaps are superb! We skipped the tram and took a walking tour, sans a docent, and found the staff informative and enthused.

Have been there twice this month and the sites abed smells are amazing. The owner was our tour guide and you could tell he just loved it there. Very fun.

If you're looking for things to do in the Charlevoix or Petosky area Lavender Hill Farm is a great place to stop to enjoy all the blooming fields of lavender in mid July!More
