If you love Victorian architecture this is your place to go. You don't have to stop at Center Ave either block after block in this area have fantastic houses and a link to the rail trail as well. Have lunch down town or in Essexville....More

As we did last year; we once again enjoyed exploring this area. If one loves Victorian architecture (as we do); this section of Bay City, provides a real aesthetic uplift. It's a joy seeing structures from a time when craftsmanship and detail were revered.

This district has homes from the old lumber days. They are all kept up without disturbing the original build.

The Victorian homes are great. Well kept and the drive although short is worth taking. The trees make the setting even better.

This was a joy; seeing so many beautiful structures in one area. Owning a Victorian home ourselves; we truly appreciate the craftsmanship and detail, displayed in these buildings. Blocks and blocks of historic homes! We bought one. If you're a fan of turrets and ornate chimneys and beautiful porches and sexy doors - come for a walk in our neighborhood!
