Fun!

This was a great place if you love animals my boyfriend and I are in our early twenties and have no kids but wanted to do something so the zoo was a great option not just for kids.

Beautiful zoo. Animals are very well taken care of. Lots of walking as the zoo is very large. Plan on spending the day!

We have visited this Zoo so many times. And even had a birthday party/sleepover/breakfast with the animals for our daughter many years ago. It is probably one of the best Zoos in the nation and probably the best in the nation for its size. It is a great trip for the whole family. So many activities and so many ways... More

We went for the Halloween at the zoo, ZooBoo. It was a wonderful time. It is geared for kids, but that does not mean that adults will not have fun as well. Makes sure to get the tickets for the African exhibit on your way to the hayride.

This zoo is great! It's a nice small zoo that offers more of a real environment for the animals. We drive from Detroit area to see it. Wild Africa is amazing, love that I can feed the giraffes whenever and don't need to sign up for a time. worth the drive!

We took our kids here for a visit early in October before the zoo closes. We enjoyed all of the exhibits, but were disappointed to learn that the lion exhibit was closed due to construction. One of the best parts was being able to feed the giraffes. We also enjoyed the cheetah, snow leopard, and bear exhibits. Leading into the... More

I can't speak for other people, but i thought this zoo was fantastic. The animals are not enclosed in cages, but roaming in natural habitats. There is a lot of walking and the food is over priced, but still a good time.

Helpful staff, very knowledgeable. They do a couple of 5k's through there that are a lot of fun. The zoo boi is a great time for the younger kids, and young acting adults.

Really love the layout of this zoo. Saw many people there to walk or enjoy nature. Still plenty of animals to see - snow leopard, black bears, red panda, lemurs, and trumpeter swans were our favorites. They definitely take good care of the animals - we go to many zoos and they seemed very healthy, were active, and all exhibits... More
