The history of this reservation is pretty evident with fields and stonewalls (and the farm). Just a bit short of a mile of mowed grass trail with great views of the East Branch of the Westport river. A nice gentle hike, well worth a visit.

This garden/hiking area is so beautiful it takes the words right out of your mouth. They have a field out behind the actual gardens good for flying a kite, sports, walking pets, playing with children, all with a beautiful view of the Westport River.

Trustees of the Reservation and Town of Westport have made this open space available. The historic house is being renovated and there is a community garden. Lovely quiet spot and great for dog walking.

The Trustees of Reservations has resuscitated this property, so that it is a great way to wander down to the river, or land your canoe.
