West Dennis beach is about 1 mile long. Beach is relatively narrow (that is, about 60 feet from lot to water. Parking is easy-peasy with several hundred slots. Park, unload, short walk to the sand. Bear in mind that the parking fee has gone up:...More

This is one of the more "traditional" beaches in Dennis, traditional in my opinion meaning that it has some waves, decent sand but no sandbars. It is on Nantucket Sound which is the southern part of the Cape. Luckily there was no seaweed when we...More

Was a nice beach, the water was good temperature and the spots to sit were clean of trash. Parking was high $30 but we are on vacation so it is what it is.

Beach is pretty, nice, and long for walking. Water is warm, and parking is easy....but the seaweed ruined it for us personally.

We love West Dennis Beach because you step out of your car, up 3 steps and you are on the beach It is great for walking, either on the beach itself or the long parking lot. Great sunsets.

Expansive beach with lots of parking. Snack bar, restrooms, kite flying area. Watch the wind surfers take flight past life gaurd chair 8. Beautiful ocean side beach.

Water is so warm at this beach, however, the seaweed has become a nuisance . North side Dennis beaches have almost zero seaweed and calmer waters.
