Saw "Fences" here most recently, but have been here several times. Embassy is comfortable, and the seats are placed so it is easy to see the screen even with people in the row in front of you. It tends to show a variety of movie types, including some foreign films

We go here frequently for movies. They offer a small discount to senior citizens. Parking is easy in back of the theatre. Not usually packed even when the movie is new.

Looking for an intimate cinema experience following the fine dining available in the heart of Waltham on Moody street? Embassy Cinema is it. Beside the modern, sheltered parking lot sits a classically styled 6-screen cinema inside a new building. The auditoriums are small and intimate. The movie selection tends to be out of the mainstream although it does occasionally play... More

Having an option of a small homey movie theater with movie selection is a treat. I also appreciate the attentive team and the popcorn. If you are interested in a watching a movie comfortably without large crowds and loads of nostalgia this is the place to be.

My Partner and I love going to Embassy Cinema in Waltham. The theaters are clean and nice. They show a number of independent films you cannot find elsewhere as well as show a number of the top movies out there.

It's nice to have an option to the big megaplexes that all show the same movies. This theater and it's sister theater in Cambridge are the only two local "art" theaters that should films outside the mainstream and we really appreciate it. For the early show at 1:10 pm cost is $9/ticket. Oh yes...there were FOUR of us in the... More

Unlike other theatres, Embassy still has a mom and pop feel. There isn't stadium seating but it doesn't matter - it's a great place to see a movie. They offer discounted tickets on Tuesdays. Check out if you're in the area!

The Embassy has become my go-to theater for movies. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The theater is always neat and well-maintained. I plan to be back a lot this year.
