My wife, two daughters and I had an amazing time with Captain Lynne sailing the Sound. She is very welcoming and allowed me to help sail the boat. We returned a little early so we could jump off the boat and swim in Lake Tashmoo, which our daughters especially enjoyed. Also, Ena is a beautiful classic wooden boat with a mahogany hull and trim and spruce mast and boom. Tough to maintain but beautiful to sail!

Captain Lynne is amazing! We booked a private sail for my husband & I (anniversary trip). We picked the perfect night for a sunset. The water was still & Lynne educated us on sailing, the island and the locals. We could’ve have asked for a more perfect night (highlight of our trip)! We brought our own food & wine. The boat is absolutely stunning & I can’t recommend enough! Side note, book taxi ahead for there & return (dock isn’t easily accessible).

I was looking to go sailing on aa wooden sailboat with a femail captain Found the perfect sail with Sail Ena we loved being out with the captain she responded to our requests of sailing out further than she usually goes and we all had a great time she had worked hard to get us into the only afternoon not raining all week Her boat is 38 feet long and as wooden boats do handeled gorgous ly Our captain was fun to talk to and described several things going on as we sailed by to maake sure we both saw and understood the ocean commotion This trip is perfect for anyone who appreciates sailing a gorgeous wooden boat and being out in the water around the island

We took a sunset sail with Captain Lynne aboard her beautiful boat Ena. The experience was good, but in my opinion more tailored towards people with sailing experience. We saw a beautiful sunset, on our way back into the dock overall a good time. However, a word of caution Lake Tashmoo where the Ena is moored, is a little off the beaten trail. Certainly not easily accessible by public transit, I would advise anyone to either drive or take a cab.

We had a great time with Captain Lynne! The weather was gorgeous and Lynne took plenty of time to answer all of our first-timer questions. I would definitely come back again if we are in Martha's Vineyard again. My pregnant wife was happy there was a washroom on board. I would also recommend planning your transportation in advance as cabs are sometimes tough to come by and the dock isn't right on the busline.
