This small park directly on Preston Beach is a terrific place to watch the sunrise. There are wood walkways thru the soft sand and seaside plantings that are just right.

The fall and spring solstices are very special with a non-denomination ceremony that is very meaningful for all. The sunrise between the basalt columns is very memorable. It is worth the early rise to see this.

Fabulous place to just hang and enjoy the sights. Parking is a problem and there is no beach during high tide

Beach Bluff Park is on s fairly busy street. It offers beautiful ocean views and is, of course, free.
