It is a little expensive, however they offer free tours which gave very good insight. Also a film with an overview of his childhood. Walking the grounds you see sculptures, and Norman's studio. A nice café offers food at reasonable prices.

It's no wonder Rockwell settled in Stockbridge. The museum is of perfect size not to overwhelm. Great gift shop and cafe. A must when in the Berkshires!

Even in England Rockwell's illustrations were part of my youth, admired by my father who shared their charm, humour and beauty with me. Seeing his original drawings and learning something of his techniques only served to increase my admiration.

Interesting review of Norman Rockwell's work and the story of his life. His work was well represented. One room lined with the covers of The Saturday Evening Post. The person narrating his works and his life story was very interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed the presentation.

I checked with our Norman Rockwell Museum Store. Unfortunately they do not carry this specific title, and it appears long out of print. Thank you for checking with us.
